Our values are dependent on having a system and a systematic approach that cuts across the entire company, making the tracking and sharing of information an effective tool in our drive for success.
The document “Ziebel Management System ” which describes how we manage HSSE&Q, is the top management document within Ziebel. Furthermore, Ziebel has developed a Ziebel model portraying a conceptual view of Ziebel ’s business, which this document is built upon.
Ziebel Management System (ZMS) is identifying, planning, managing, controlling and continuously improving all Ziebel processes/activities to achieve the vision, strategy & objectives of Ziebel.
To achieve this, all employees have to be aware of the company’s external environment including stakeholder requirements and the expectations by the society in the areas Ziebel is operating with respect to compliance with laws and regulations and in the way we profile Ziebel as a responsible company and an attractive contribution to the area.
Ziebel ‘s foundation is a set of values that are governing the way we behave as a company and as individuals.
The achievement of the vision, strategies and objectives will be ensured by a management model and system with clearly defined processes / activities, organizational structure and competence in the entire organization. Furthermore, a Balanced Scorecard system for monitoring of the company’s performance, short and long term, has been implemented.
In the development of ZMS the management have throughout the process had in mind that the system shall be effective and efficient and as such be a tool for creating values in Ziebel.
