Position: Electronic Design Engineer

Responsibility/ tasks: The position involves design work on electronic systems both new product development and also updates and fixes to existing products. Work will involve, studies, reports, bench prototyping, artwork generation, generating bills of materials, schematics and production procedures. The job require some creative thinking and inventive content as Ziebel are developing a number of ground breaking products. Some travel may be involved due to the international nature of the business and client base.

We are looking for candidates with the following background:

• Qualifications in Electronic engineering are required, degree preferred
• Some knowledge or experience with artwork and schematics
• Some previous experience of oil field electronics would be useful and permanent gauges ideal.

 

Furthermore, the right candidate must be interested in engineering and problem solving and have high standards of personal work. He / she should be a quick learner and good team player.

The position is located in Inverurie, UK.
