Position: Production Supervisor
Reporting to: UK Production & Facilities Manager

Due to recent expansion and the acquisition of another company, Ziebel now has the opportunity to recruit a Production Supervisor to join our busy team located in Aberdeen

Responsibility/ tasks: The responsibilities of the Production Supervisor will include but not limit to: Supervision of the production team based in the Aberdeen facility, coordinate work loads, provide support and training to staff members, recommend improvements where necessary. Also the correct candidate will be required to perform general electro-mechanical assembly and tests with a focus on electronics. Wiring soldering, surface mount boards and Processor based equipment. Testing of electronic systems and diagnosis of problems to board and component level will also be involved.

Formal Qualifications, Experience & Requirements:

• Degree in relevant subject and / or significant industry experience (Oil and Gas industry)
• Excellent knowledge of circuit boards
• Experience of electrical wiring, PCB stuffing and soldering
• Self motivated
• The ability to work in a team
• Excellent leadership skills
• A keen interest in electronics
• Computer liter
• The ability to work well under pressure
